WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the
potential for damage, a piece over 50 inches in either direction will require
special packing and handling. This will effect the shipping time. All details
will be emailed to you, once the shipping company has forwarded that
information to the artist, we will forward it all to you.
There will be NO Shipping Outside of the
Continental US
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping
& Tracking is the responsibility of the shipping company. Given the
difficulty in estimating delays in shipping, we are unable to approximate an
arrival time. The artist will get your
art out to the shippers within a matter of 24 – 48 hours, but from there the tracking
information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON
RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
We
do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL. We
do our utmost to ensure that your original pieces are packaged carefully and
arrive safely at their destination. If
your original piece arrives damaged, please keep all packaging, take pictures,
and contact us with your order number for
further instructions.
CAN I CANCEL MY
ORDER?
All cancellations must be done within the
first 24 hours after the initial order has been placed. This can be done by contact us. If the time has been more than 24 hours after
the initial order was placed, the shipping process has already begun, and it’s
too late for cancellations.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE
TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10
business days.
HOW DO I RETURN MY
PACKAGE?
For a refund or replacement, please contact us immediately after receipt. The
responsible party for shipping will be determined, when the shipping company is
claiming responsibility. This will be discussed during the initial phone call
between the customer and the artist.
